Led the initial platform build and first-ever deployment of HP Shopping to China as part of a major digital transformation program.

As an Agile project manager and scrum master, I kept a newly-formed distributed team focused on priorities while anticipating and removing roadblocks. I then established the new platform’s foundation for subsequent country deployments and set a high bar for on-time, quality delivery by successfully deploying it within five months.

I was brought to Sensus to manage a development team building a SaaS utilities SmartGrid product and resolve myriad issues surrounding people, processes, and the product.

Kicked off and facilitated Apple's first enterprise-wide forum of stakeholders and experts on master data management to share as-is and pain points of the current solutions and draft to-be solutions that resulted in a global program.

I pulled together 50+ key people from across 12 different teams to talk about their disparate master data management solutions today and the pain points, then to flesh out a draft to-be integrated solution to address the pain points. With these critical artifacts created and discussions across teams that don't normally work together, I elicited a commitment by the stakeholders to create a global program to move forward with the vision of the integrated to-be solution.
