Delivered the project in phases and involved the end users during the process to ensure user adoption.

Managed the project to create tools for initiating, processing, and returning ACH payments. This was needed for the company's adoption of ACH processes. My role was to gather the requirements, document the tasks in Jira, assign the tasks to developers, monitor the progress, ensure proper quality assurance, create weekly progress reports, plan the releases and ensure post-release support. Post-release support included user training, user documentation, and bug fixes.

Underwriting View

Collaborated with business teams spread across different countries to understand the requirements and managed the development project from requirements to release.

Underwriting View is a one-stop page for the underwriting team where members view and/or edit different sections based on their access levels. The goal was to create a lean process for the underwriters, so they do not have to jump between different pages to analyze a business request for a loan. My role was end-to-end project management for this initiative.
