I led a project team responsible for APIs used by our external partners. I owned the full experience—from user management and onboarding our partners' technology teams to building and prioritizing the feature backlog and delivering new features.

One year after launching on Azure's API management tool, we had significantly increased the speed at which we onboarded partners and the overall usage of the APIs.

Technology Partnership with State Farm

Led the technology partnership with State Farm—managing their APIs, website, and policy with Trupanion—increasing site enrollments by 75%.

Trupanion partnered with State Farm to sell medical insurance for pets. I led the development team that built out the supporting APIs, website, and policy administration tool. I collaborated directly with the State Farm team on building our backlog to deliver high-impact features for their agents. I also built out the information architecture and wireframes for a new policy administration site used by the State Farm corporate policy team.

Enrollments on the site increased by 75% while I led the program.

Suite of Applications for iHeartRadio

Managed a suite of applications on Windows and Xbox platforms for iHeartRadio, leading to five years of continued partnership.

We partnered with Microsoft and iHeartRadio to build an application on Windows Phone. This partnership led to five years of account management, building their applications on Xbox, Windows 8, and Windows 10 while also handling ongoing maintenance and redesigns of all applications over the years.

Pizza Hut App on Xbox 360

Launched the first-ever Xbox 360 application to sell a physical product.

We partnered with Microsoft Xbox 360 and Pizza Hut to build a world-class Xbox application. The application was the first of its kind—all other Xbox applications sold downloadable products. The Pizza Hut app was the first to sell physical goods.

The launch was a huge event, and the application became a massive success.
