As an IT PM, I was responsible for the full scope and budget (which included network, IT, and field services) of a multimillion-dollar project: introducing the new multi-service access platform within the access network. This would enable the company to support dual technologies (copper and fiber) within the same optical line terminal.

I defined the project plan to maximize the value delivered through time by assisting the project sponsor, product manager, architect, and operations team lead with feature identification, roadmap definition, and MVP. I also eased communications between different parties (the network vendor, IT vendor, and internal stakeholders) by creating simple, solid, and efficient delivery processes. My final contributions included identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks.

Implemented, as the SAFe release train engineer, Jira for a dozen development teams which included configuring workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, reports, and queries.

As we defined our Agile Release Train, we needed a project management tool to support planning and delivery across multiple agile teams. Upon selecting Jira as the software of choice, we ensured the tool configuration was optimal to facilitate current business processes and enable predictability in program objectives delivery.
