Reverse Logistics Warehouse Platform Implementation and Maintenance (Under NDA)
Managed full account transition for three teams, including standby service with no interruptions on the production system; established incident management procedures and proactive system monitoring and released the warehouse app's MVP in four months.
The development teams were responsible for implementing the app for warehouses (regular and VAS services). The DevOps team handled complete system maintenance and 24/7 standby service.
My work included facilitating product discovery workshops, handling smooth team rotations and changes, knowledge transfers, and local administration (timesheets, invoicing, travels, and team building). I introduced easy-readable qualitative team metrics of team happiness, motivation, and relevant aspects of interest, to guide the enhancements timely and in the right direction. These insights were especially valued by client management.
The platform handles consolidated returns networks throughout the US, Australia, Canada, and Europe. The system's main goal is to reduce the complexity of reverse logistics while enhancing flexibility, transparency, and control, creating value out of returns management, and driving costs down.
