The aim was to create a customized eCommerce platform in Azure Cloud using .NET stack technology. We had to integrate it with third-party, including content repositories in MarkLogic DB, Salesforce CRM, eWay Payment Gateway, MS Dynamics GP Finance System, Vitrium DRM, and Kontent CMS. Furthermore, we transformed the SA's catalog of standards from PDF to XML format and built the internal capabilities and processes to operate the store.

• Managing and motivating an agile team of six developers, three test analysts, one data analyst, and two UI/UX designers.

The goal was to upgrade the MyHousing system for FACS of NSW to introduce key features and a whole new look and feel and migrate it to a new database and infrastructure to provide more scalability and support.

My key responsibilities:
• Creating the project management plan.
• Changing the impact analysis to ensure the engagement of the right stakeholders and business units in FACS from the start.
• Identifying and resolving risks.
• Tracking project schedule and budget throughout the project delivery and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Ensuring that all government processes and procedures are followed.
• Facilitating training to over 200 FACS staff on new features.

Full Infrastructure Migration—National Commercial Bank

Enhanced the NCB's reliability, services, customer retention, and ability to scale and expand their offerings and introduce new state-of-the-art banking services to their customers; migrated successfully with minimal impact on NCB's operations.

The project included the full infrastructure migration involving core network, firewalls, 20 application servers, and storage to a new data center. We replaced all network cabinets and appliances in 250+ branches and connected them to the new data center.
