Greetz is an eCommerce Netherlands-based company with a development team in Armenia. The teams were working using some elements of the Spotify model, like squads, chapters, and chapter leads.

As a Scrum Master, I have influenced a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous team improvement and collected and analyzed data about team performance to improve team efficiency in delivery.

The team was working on the change requests coming from the company's clients–more than 50–and, because they didn't have established processes, they were delivering less than 50% of the committed features and tasks.

When I joined the team, I introduced Kanban and a flow-based approach since it was more suitable for this team, and within five days, the team increased the delivery rate from 20% to 85%. We implemented work in progress (WIP) limits and used Kanban metrics to monitor the progress and adapt to it.

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) | Compliance Project

Managed and implemented the compliance and licensing of 5-8 products, which can now operate in several jurisdictions.

Before I joined Digitain, the company had already initiated the process to obtain a GLI license. Still, processes like communication and workflow set up were lacking, which was a requirement missing in eight departments.

After joining the company, I have established procedures between the departments, identified dependencies, set up workflows for faster throughput, and created metrics and dashboards for stakeholders.
