Agile Guild Set Up

I kicked off and fully set up an Agile guild which drove the Agile transformation in the organization

Once the organization decided to implement Agile, I set up a transformation group to drive it. I performed hiring, established processes, set up career growth plans and role definitions, and coordinated members' activities to achieve maximum impact.

Led Multiple Teams to Agile Maturity

Created multiple scrum teams with a high level of agile practice fluency, self-organization, resilience to a fast-changing environment and customer-centric focus.

I worked with two scrum teams from the start of implementation of Scrum. We went through the basic elements of Agile and Scrum and learned about complementing practices, all the shifts in work, and the mindset needed to become fully independent self-organized scrum teams. Both teams ranked highest in Agile maturity assessments performed within the organization.

Agile Adoption by Management

Coached mid and C-level management on adopting an Agile mindset and practices, which resulted in optimized processes and waste reduction in the engineering department.

As a member of L2 management in an organization, I was assigned to handle change management related to Agile transformation. I proactively coached senior and middle management on Agile and Lean management principles and values, practices, and frameworks.
