Capabl was developed and honed by a group of dedicated supply chain professionals who have built or rebuilt some of the biggest names in the startup ecosystem. We kept running into the same problems repeatedly and were shocked that there weren't any robust solutions, so we decided to build our own.

As our core ethos and approach to anything we do, we focus on building the most complete and comprehensive standard for monitoring fulfillment performance. We want our methodology to be fair to both brands and providers and easy to understand.

Working as Direction of Operations and Head of Product, I have built the team, processes, and systems and executed the planning to reach breakeven.

Superfeed is a news app focused on providing unfiltered news to the audience. The project was just an idea in 2019 and within a few months, an MVP was launched and I was in charge of releasing all versions to the store.

In 18 months, I led and grew the team from two developers to eight developers, two automation engineers, and one UI/UX designer. Also, I worked alongside C-level executives and with the director of operations and the CMO developing the organizational processes.

I was directly involved in product marketing, working with the CMO and the user acquisition manager to develop the campaigns for the targeted audience. I led the implementation of UXCam and Pendo to analyze users' pain points. After analyzing thousands of user sessions, conducting user interviews, and focus group testing, I collaborated with the UX designer to update the UX and UI of the application.

The result was a whopping 23% user retention after five weeks. Another metric that we kept track of during this period is daily activity—we crossed 5,000 daily active users and 25,000 daily active sessions.

GVERSE Petrophysics

Launched and managed two major releases for GVERSE Petrophysics and successfully delivered the integration with GGX PRISM.

I developed and managed the entire team—ten developers, three technical writers, one UX designer, five QA testers, and one petrophysics architect—and built the product from the ground up. In just six months, the software was released with some of the finest and industry-leading features.
