    Led development team working on UEFA product for Champions League competition

    Fans' Football Blog is an online community where you can upload your photos and videos, vote for the best images, meet people, and make friends. It requires moderation of user-profiles, comments, and images.

  • OneBSS Project
    IT and business transformation project in A1 Telekom Austria Group.

    OneBSS is the largest digital transformation project which co-shaped the future of the Telekom Austria Group and raised standards in customer centricity on the global level. The project included the replacement of their CRM, billing system, customer self-care, and web shop with a best-of-breed solution to produce high-quality services. I coordinated the discovery phase with over 100 subject matter experts across the enterprise and led design and implementation in multiple countries.

  • Debt Collection App
    Conducted business and IT requirements engineering, vendor selection, and project management.

    This is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based product that combines an industry-friendly methodology and a way of performing debt collection. Application users (collection agents) contact debtors in a planned manner, with a clear order and strategy. The system provides monitoring of the billing process and patterns the analytics of client behavior resulting in the decrease of bad debt by 10%.

  • Customer Scoring Application
    Conducted the project discovery phase, defined MVP requirements, and ran the RFP process. Responsible for the SDLC after vendor selection.

    Developed a scoring model and fraud prevention application for the telecommunications operator, supporting 2+ million customers. Introduced real-time data analytics, which improved decision strategies and reduced client churn by 5%.

    Introduced scrum in a SAP ERP implementation project.

    Managed a distributed team of developers, process experts, and project stakeholders. Developed SAP master data management implementation in the agile project setup. Introduced practical implementation methodology allowing the team to implement operating functionality in short iterative cycles every four weeks.

  • SaaS App for Talent Management
    Led three scrum teams (20 people) in four time zones. Cooperated with product owners and the lead product owner in building and managing the prioritized product backlog. Coached senior management and product teams on agile practices and processes.

    Cooperated with the product team, delivery managers, and DevOps to design software for Fortune 500 companies delivering a tech-enabled talent sourcing experience. Set the base to ease the transition towards scaled agile and introduced the Nexus framework. Managed external providers in integrating third-party systems.

    As a technical project manager and product owner, I worked with multiple clients on defining product roadmaps.

    I delivered eCommerce websites based on Magento, Shopify, and WooCommerce technologies for multiple clients, defining and prioritizing product backlog, supporting the design of new features with the UX-UI team, benchmarking against the competition, setting up dashboards, and tracking proper analytics.

    I worked on understanding the tools and datapoints currently used and documented the existing system architecture. Created an SOW for the data lake implementation project and recommended tools to be used for unifying data (Stitch/Talend was selected). Integrated data sources such as Shopify, Adwords, Facebook ads, Netsuite, Google Analytics, and Drip email-marketing, and allowed data to be stored in Google BigQuery, the selected cloud platform. Estimated cost and time and created the project timelines with the developer. Oversaw the development and monitored the implementation progress, preparing technical and user documentation.
