Digital Assistants are built on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology and performs repetitive operational tasks saving time, improving efficiency, and freeing up employees to focus on more value add tasks increasing productivity.

I managed the Development teams who supported the vendors with their current system analysis with roll-out from a POC to phased roll-outs of multiple processes.

15-20 processes that used up almost 4,000 man-hours for handling the client request volume were 100% automated using Bots. The productivity rate increased to more than 50% by Phase two.

This project involved collecting data points from various sources and legacy systems, third-party providers, clients, marrying them to provide some insightful data for decision making that helps with clients.

Found some great opportunities during the pandemic that tremendously helped with crucial decision-making. They were rolled out within a few months using interim data solutions, which today is launched as an independent product by itself with integrations from the company's Data Lakes.

I was involved in building UI, reporting, queue processing, and client configurable setup. All was achieved from MVP version to an MPP version with quarterly product progression releases planned with multiple customers in less than a year using Agile delivery methods via three releases.

Production Support Dashboard

Launched a support dashboard site for managing the multiple client input channels across several financial institutions, which includes batches, APIs, and the client UI.

I managed around six developers, two QA, and analysts across teams to develop and roll-out within three to four months of on boarding key clients to a platform and be efficient with production support. It included some key skills to be picked up by the development team for UI and also development via the Agile and Scrum approach.

Launch Across Geographies with Training Modules

Managed two scrum teams leading the training group with content creation and delivery on bi-lingual language platforms. Reviewed approved content rolled out as both e-learning modules and document guides.

Launched the release of a customized product used by lenders from loan origination to the approval process with customizable document generation with tokenization.
