Online Payments for eCommerce Website

Implemented online payment functionality for an eCommerce application, allowing customers to make instant payments and secure their purchases by locking available stock.

I managed a scrum team and developed the payment gateways for the project. Also, I implemented the Scrum framework and best practices for the Agile methodology. Finally, I guided the scrum team to improve processes and deliver product increments on time.

Notifications for Banking App

Implemented SMS notifications for banking app purchases.

I created and enabled a notification flow for the banking app, allowing customers to receive SMS messages whenever a purchase, cash withdrawal, or movement is made in their account. This was implemented following Scrum and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) guidelines.

Web Page for Automotive Customer

Launched and maintained a web page for the automotive sector.

I managed two cross-functional teams with seven team members each, including front-end and back-end developers and QA, to launch and maintain the customer web page dedicated to the automotive industry. I collaborated with these teams in a SAFe environment, following the train objectives and aligning deployments with the rest of the train.
