Project History

Google Maps Taxi Partner Integration

Launched a platform to integrate and manage 50+ taxi providers worldwide—including Uber, Lyft, Ola, Gojek, Grab, Gett, and MyTaxi—for the Google Maps taxi option.

I led and managed the project for the Google Maps taxi customer solution, analyzing the taxi product and drafting detailed product requirements documents. I also designed and managed a platform to integrate customers, view feed stats, and troubleshoot complex issues.

The platform dramatically reduced onboarding time from 1.5 years—as experienced during our Uber integration—to just two weeks, enabling us to onboard 50+ car-sharing partners in six months. I handled UX design, coordinated with two engineers, liaised with business owners, and oversaw testing and monitoring, significantly improving operational efficiency.

European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)

https://www.euipo.europa.eu/en

Launched the EU intellectual property filing service, including a complex back-office solution to handle trademark applications.

I led the design and development of the EUIPO's front office, back office, and user area—a significant milestone in my career. As project manager and product owner, I was pivotal in delivering a comprehensive digital ecosystem that streamlined trademark and design application processes. I led the project from concept to execution, managing 30 engineers and aligning the needs of 70 stakeholders with technical feasibility while ensuring a seamless user experience.

The front office improved accessibility for applicants, the back office optimized internal workflows, and the user area empowered users with robust self-service tools. Today, this platform processes over 150,000 trademark applications and 50,000 design submissions yearly and is used by over 5,000 lawyers and 100,000 users, underscoring its transformative impact.

BI Solution for Lansweeper

Launched a powerful BI solution for Lansweeper's 20,000 customers and partners.

I led the development of a BI solution for Lansweeper's IT asset management platform, a key achievement in driving data-driven decision-making for customers. I designed and led the development of a powerful analytics system that enabled users to slice and dice IT asset data, unlocking valuable insights.

The BI solution allowed organizations to track asset lifecycles, monitor software compliance, detect security vulnerabilities, optimize hardware utilization, and forecast IT budgets with precision. By integrating advanced filtering, interactive dashboards, and customizable reports, we provided IT teams with actionable intelligence to streamline operations and reduce costs. The enhanced visibility and reporting capabilities increased upsell revenue by 30% as customers leveraged deeper insights to expand platform usage.
