I was assigned to implement an Adviser port for the major UK insurance company, which required different underlying services to run across the organization, including quotes, underwriting, policies, claims, premium collection, and document generation. I recommended using microservices and started migrating those monolithic services to tiny ones.

Throughout the process, my responsibilities also included:
• Acquiring the needed talent to implement the microservices architecture
• Participating in all architectural discussions and decisions
• Arranging training on microservices for the in-house team and cross-train newly acquired microservices SMEs on the business
