I directed a team of 10 developers distributed across multiple remote locations in creating a production monitoring application for a major pulp and paper client as part of their Factory of the Future initiative. We designed and delivered a web-based application using C# .NET Framework and Angular to replace the legacy LogSheet system, ensuring seamless integration with OSIsoft PI. The system enhanced data visibility, enabled manual and automatic creation of grade runs and events, and implemented robust boundary testing for specification parameters. I successfully managed the on-site go-live at the client's facility, ensuring a smooth deployment and alignment with enterprise operational goals.

I managed a team of eight engineers to deliver multiple projects under an umbrella contract for a leading Brazilian pulp and paper company. The initiatives focused on implementing advanced process control solutions and developing reports and dashboards using OSIsoft PI and other tools to optimize operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. These successful deliveries strengthened client relationships and enabled the company to secure additional projects with the client, showcasing our ability to deliver impactful solutions and drive business growth.

I oversaw a team of five engineers in executing multiple projects under an umbrella contract for a prominent enterprise steel tubes company. Key initiatives included advanced process control solutions, the development of a custom query builder tool, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) applications, and interactive dashboards built with R Shiny, leveraging machine learning techniques for production and quality performance monitoring. These innovative solutions improved operational insights and efficiency, strengthened client trust, and directly contributed to the acquisition of additional projects, driving expanded business opportunities for the client.
