I directed a team of 10 developers distributed across multiple remote locations in creating a production monitoring application for a major pulp and paper client as part of their Factory of the Future initiative. We designed and delivered a web-based application using C# .NET Framework and Angular to replace the legacy LogSheet system, ensuring seamless integration with OSIsoft PI. The system enhanced data visibility, enabled manual and automatic creation of grade runs and events, and implemented robust boundary testing for specification parameters. I successfully managed the on-site go-live at the client's facility, ensuring a smooth deployment and alignment with enterprise operational goals.
