Contact Center Digital Transformation Program

Designed and developed the program implementation plan's blueprint and benefits realization plans for telco contact centers' multiple digital solutions.

It's a program with multiple workstreams and projects to cover technology, HR, customer feedback, and process engineering specialties. The program uses a single omnichannel platform to replace the many legacy platforms and unintegrated systems that contact center agents use to manage customer queries. The platform employs AI technologies to capture all customer data and interactions into a single interface for the customer support agent, ensuring a well-connected journey for a smooth and excellent customer experience.

Saudi Vision 2030 National Transformation Program

Launched the strategy objectives breakdown of Saudi Vision 2030 related to the national transformation program and its subsidiary initiatives.

I managed over 15 consultants with different seniority levels to translate Saudi Vision 2030 strategic objectives into well-defined programs and initiatives, which can be implemented and executed through sponsoring many projects. I also established the central enterprise PMO function to monitor and track the strategy implementation, collaborating with senior stakeholders on the key evaluation criteria to refresh the strategy and its frequency.

OneITSM Platform Design and Implementation

Managed several releases and architectural design phases of a single unified IT service management (ITSM) platform implementation in the telecom industry.

I managed at least four teams of 5-10 developers, testers, UI/UX designers, and architects. I led the team in designing and implementing a brand new version of a well-known ITSM platform in one of the world's leading telecom operators to standardize and unify the end-to-end ITSM journeys across the operator's branches worldwide. It was a large-scale program that lasted three years with many C-level stakeholders, whom I convinced to participate in the entire roadmap.
