I managed a number of deliverables from development teams, system engineers, and an IT service organization, as well as changes required in processes throughout the organization. This certification was done by an external provider and involved several companies providing scanning or other security-related services.

Migrating Three Enterprise Technology Platforms to a Single Platform

Headed the development of a new platform and then migrated the original platforms to the new one.

This involved different development teams, including the front-end and back-end ones. Also, we had to choose new partners to deliver a new content management system (CMS) and a middle office. We migrated the existing system to a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that integrated well with our middle office. Once a part of the new platform was delivered, we operated the platforms in parallel until we were comfortable migrating the traffic to the new system. We migrated front, mid, and back office components separately, keeping us firmly in control and not affecting current business operations.

Bunq Updates 15 and 16


Launched two new major versions of the Bunq online banking app, where the launch event is determined by the project's scope and delivery time. I ran each update like a critical project with significant functionality upgrades.

Bunq updates are fixed time, fixed scope projects, which means a lot of pressure and coordination between product, back-end, iOS, and Android teams to ensure the team can deliver on time. The launch event is always planned, and practice runs happen twice a day while the software is still being delivered.

Developed small accounting software in React and Node.js.

To keep my development skills up to date, I developed a small-scale accounting package that I use to manage my personal finances as well as business accounts. Using the same methodology, I developed my business website.
