Developed a SaaS platform that provides localized content generation using AI, machine learning (ML), and LLMs to automate content production, reducing the need for editorial capacity and using multiple channels for automated content delivery.

I worked on kickstarting the migration of an international client's whole service portfolio to Kubernetes, initially running it in VMs and Docker. It was a complex multi-year undertaking involving cross-functional team collaborations, systems, workflow re-design, and change management.

While designing the Kubernetes platform, the approach was iterative, where we incrementally improved the Kubernetes platform as the team gained experience and knowledge. The team underwent significant changes during the project, splitting out specialized teams focusing on CI, classical systems, and cloud-native technologies.

I had up to eight direct reports while growing the team and before the split. In the last phase, I led the team focusing on CNI technologies and Kubernetes, and during this time, most of the systems were migrated to Kubernetes in collaboration with the service owner teams.

I managed the team that developed the next-generation reservation service, a business-agnostic transaction engine designed as an internal infrastructure as a service (IaaS).

Initially, the service was designed for high throughput and availability, implementing multiple reliability and safety features. During that time, I consolidated and grew the team to the point where initial internal customers started getting on board and using the system in production.
