  • Managed an OSS software factory for TIM Brazil. The team consisted of 10 people delivering change requests for Amdocs OSS suite (ARM - Inventory and SOM – Order Management) on both TIM Fiber and B/OSS projects.
  • Managed a very complex data migration for TIM Brazil's network components from legacy systems to Amdocs resource manager (Network Inventory System).
  • Joined as a production support manager on a recently launched telecom full-stack platform. Interfaced between distributed delivery teams and customer structure to stabilize operation in the first months.
