Managed a diverse, geographically separated team across the USDA Farm Services Agency to expand the project from local implementation to national. Through growing the project, it was determined that the use of overhead imagery and machine learning to identify changes in land use over time could potentially save the USDA millions in incorrect payouts. Worked with vendors to determine the best software to support the machine learning implementation.

To implement the pilot project, managed across the business, sales, development, product, dev ops, hardware integration, and customer success. Oversaw a complicated integration with two separate software systems involving several stakeholder groups, product development to ensure the design matched customer expectations, and the deployment of sensors into the customer space. Served as a scrum master to the development team during the project's execution. The project resulted in an initial finding that the University could be using its HVAC systems 67% less.
