Project History

Appropriations Analysis and Reporting System

Developed a system for the Senate and House Appropriations Committees, the GSA Office of Inspector General, and the USCP, which tracks budget requests that subsequently become bills for appropriations for various agencies.

I architected and led the development of the Senate and House Appropriations Committees' budget tracking platform, orchestrating multi-committee inputs, analytics, and reporting. The platform's popularity led to the expansion of the program to the GSA and USCP and the elimination of error-prone, spreadsheet-based manual processes.

Pilot SIT Program for Ford Motor Company

Implemented an AI-driven system integration testing (SIT) program for two model vehicles at Ford, showcasing a new way to conduct human-in-the-loop testing.

Led the development and piloting of a SIT program that surfaces potential defects through scenario-based testing. The scenarios were generated using a custom-built AI platform. I also directed the efforts of a large team of Ford testers as part of this pilot.

Enterprise-wide Intranet at a Federal Agency

Deployed a collaboration and intranet platform at the USCP.

I drove the modernization of the USCP DevOps, intranet, and system integration. Outcomes included the broad adoption of collaboration systems with tight integration across 15 departments and the adoption of SharePoint, workflows, and integration with multiple HR and other portfolio applications.

Corporate Infrastructure Modernization

Developed and modernized IT infrastructure and implemented new standards and processes to provide new services.

I managed a team of three to update the company's core technologies from bare metal. This included hardware, storage, processing power, networking, productivity (desktop), and security. The effort also included implementing large-scale data storage solutions and databases, ML processing capabilities, and governance across the enterprise.

DevSecOps Strategy

Developed a DevSecOps strategy to improve go-to-market delivery.

I developed enhancements to a fintech firm's DevSecOps process to incorporate orchestration into the CI/CD process, including quality assurance. Effort also led to the implementation of KIPs/metrics to track defect volume, age and other elements, ensuring better speed to delivery outcomes.

Corporate Technology Strategy

Developed a technology strategy for a large marketing firm that has grown through acquisition.

The client had a very diverse IT landscape owing to multiple acquisitions operating primarily as technology silos. Using a phased approach, I identified the required processes to consolidate, modernize, and extend IT capabilities. Efforts included the evaluation of processes, procedures, organization and staff levels, and skillsets. The outcome was a streamlined IT platform with increased automation and a blueprint for future growth.
