The organization offers a headless commerce PaaS solution for clients ranging from B2B, D2C, and marketplace needs.
I served as scrum master for two teams working on developing integrations for popular third-party integrations, such as payment gateways, customer engagements, and search optimization tools that can be installed as apps.
This allows our clients to customize their eCommerce business tools with greater flexibility than ever as a no-code solution.

Grocery Delivery Startup

Launched the website and app for an on-demand grocery fulfillment service linking customers to their favorite supermarkets.

Website for People to Design and Sell Custom Apparel

Served as project delivery manager on a complex web application for an international client.

The client was an established custom apparel supplier for leading franchises around the globe. The project's objective was to build an eCommerce platform with an integrated design tool that would allow any user to customize and design apparel on the website and launch a store, with printing and order fulfillment handled at the client's existing facility.

Internal Company Agile Transformation

Led the effort that allowed the team to deliver product increments every two weeks using Scrum, resulting in significantly improved client satisfaction.

I successfully led the transformation initiative through coaching and subsequent adoption of scrum principles and, finally, the running development cycles in sprints.

It was essential to roll out the new project management framework in a controlled manner to not disrupt the ongoing projects under the waterfall methodology and allow a smooth transition for both the team and clients. By identifying key milestones in project delivery, the team was able to pivot to the new model with greater ease.

Client Portfolio Website Revamping

Led the re-design and implementation of the client's portfolio website by incorporating inquiry forms to store potential leads.

Previously, the client had a standard static website for their B2B business. I conducted an initial assessment of their current workflow for following up on leads and identified opportunities for automating processes. The scope included integrating basic inquiry forms and automated email responses for quicker engagement with relevant information.
