    • Managed a team of ten, including stylists, photographers, retouchers, and content administrators to upload monthly content for two iconic Australian fashion brands (over 300 products per month).
    • Liaised with external digital and marketing agencies on the launch of new products and photography shoots.
    • Managed a busy production studio schedule with only three non-shoot days per month.
    • Managed relationships with external vendors and contractors, for equipment rental, additional retouching, and other tasks.

Project History

  • Electronic Arts: Quality Metrics and Telemetry Aggregation
    Led five software engineers to build a telemetry aggregation tool to streamline crash metrics across various tech stacks.

    Aggregate (code name) is a patented, internal EA technology which allows the same metrics and KPI's to be aggregated and standardized across all EA titles. This was built out of a need to have a common understanding and dialogue to measure and capture the quality of EA games globally, regardless of their different tech stacks or game engine.

  • MVP Custom Software Development: Knowledge Sharing Platform
    Lead a team of five (including project managers) to build out an MVP Knowledge Sharing Platform for a not-for-profit client.

    The platform was designed to allow collaboration across my clients' organization of 900 employees.

    Acting as the senior product manager, I led a talented team of strategists, developers, and a project manager to deliver the MVP of the platform.

  • Confidential Digital Agency: Project Management Consulting (Freelance)
    Consulted upon and implemented a resourcing tool, advised on hiring and scalable growth strategy,

    Implemented a digital resourcing and project tracking tool for a digital agency based in Canada, increasing profitability and utilization by 15% within the first month. Developed a resourcing plan, including a scalable hiring strategy for 2019 - 2020 in line with agencies' strategic growth objectives.

  • Health & Happiness Group: Craft Website (Tundra)
    Website development of the H&H Global corporate site (Craft 3 Beta).

    On a tight timeline of only three months, I led the Agile design and development of the Health & Happiness (Hong Kong-based group) corporate website, with a team of six comprised of designers, copywriters, UX researchers, and software engineers.

    The tech stack included Amazon Web Services, Craft 3 Beta (Beta at the time), Sketch, and a componentized design approach.

    Successfully delivered a major identity rebrand and development of the not for profit, Women in Tech World's website.

  • Fairfax Media: Three Additional Subscriber Portals
    Led the initial development and subsequent releases of three unique subscriber portals for Fairfax Media Australia.

    Led the initial development and subsequent releases of three unique subscription portals for Fairfax Media, greatly increasing the subscription rate. Functionality included metered paywalls, implementing WordPress CMS, AWS for uninterrupted hosting, server-side caching, and load balancing.

  • Information Chatbot & Video for Provincial Cancer Authority
    Launched MVP of a responsive chatbot that allows a user (potential patient) to go through a series of prompts to assess readiness for genetic testing for hereditary cancer. We launched on time (February 1, 2021), and on budget (95% budget utilized).

    In partnership with design and development agency Briteweb, our team created a responsive chatbot tool that allows a potential patient to go through a series of prompts to assess genetic testing readiness for hereditary cancer. My role in this project was to be the primary point of contact for the client and build a cross-functional team of five to deliver a video production project, alongside an MVP informational chatbot for BC Cancer (the provincial cancer authority of BC).

    I also lead a team that produced an informational animated video (three minutes in length) that explained the process of genetic testing.
