As a scrum master, I led a team of IT specialists toward achieving our product development vision and continuous improvement. As a product owner, I worked closely with business and operations teams to develop new product features to maturity and push them into the product backlog for the engineering team to develop.

As a part of the product development unit, I managed the multiple development, implementation, and maintenance projects for two different products related to HR and online banking systems, from planning to sign-off with multiple customers, supervising and administering the work of 20+ resources in different functional domains including analysis, design, development, testing, and quality control, using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Managed an 8-member scrum team as a scrum master and client-facing PM to launch releases of an ArcGIS-based national postal app. The app allows users to identify their postal codes based on their locations, navigate to other postal code locations, and locate the post offices nearest to their current locations. I participated in the discovery phase with Egypt post representatives and delivered timely demos to government-assigned users before final deployment to the app store.

As the project manager on the startup team behind the first NFT as a collateral project, I worked closely with stakeholders to do the following:
• Socialize the project, gather requirements, and ensure that all business needs can be met.
• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities.
• Track the project and provide regular status reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Implement Agile methodologies, such as sprints, backlog grooming, and managing and adjusting milestones based on the project scope, schedule, and budget changes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.

I mobilized a team of 10 toward designing, developing, testing, and delivering a healthcare mobile app. Challenges included the lack of documentation, lack of time for legacy code refactoring, untranslated data, and tight deadlines. Nonetheless, we delivered a fully functional app with minimal bugs within three weeks.

The scope of this project included optimizing SAP ERP systems for warehouse management and procurement functions and upgrading from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. After completing the upgrade across all existing modules, a series of discovery workshops were set up with warehouse management and SAP providers to collect the operational and functional requirements for the new WMS module.

Managed a small team of field engineers and technical implementation managers to install, configure, and test primary and secondary Fortinet devices for 10 sites within the region. This included procuring and provisioning the equipment across the supply chain, dispatching local field engineers, leading installation and migration sessions, and managing UAT sessions with main stakeholders for every site.

This project involved the design and development of Vodafone's security marketplace, moving from an MVP to a soft launch and, ultimately, a full launch in 22 markets. My role involved coaching the team on best practices of agile product delivery, collaboration with the product management team, removal of impediments to delivery, and overall tracking and facilitation of team progress.
