Details: Rearchitect and redesign existing legacy portal with monolithic architecture to microservice architecture and re-platform it from on-premises to Microsoft Azure.

Role: As the project manager, I led the project from inception to completion, starting with team formation and gathering requirements. I managed cross-functional teams, including design, development, and testing, ensuring effective collaboration and execution. I played a key role in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, facilitating continuous deployment in the production environment, and ensuring smooth automation of the software delivery process. This end-to-end leadership ensured the project met all objectives, from development through to successful deployment.

Details: Develop and deploy an AWS Cloud Platform that automatically triggers robotic process automation (RPA) workflows built in UiPath to run at specified intervals, with results displayed on UiPath Orchestrator. Additionally, the processes should be integrated with Kibana to log performance metrics and detailed results. Use Kibana to present analytical charts based on data from successful and unsuccessful automation runs, providing valuable insights for process owners.

Role: As a delivery lead, I oversaw end-to-end process automation, from gathering requirements and designing detailed workflows to deploying solutions in the AWS production environment. I ensured a smooth transition through Hypercare, resolving any post-deployment issues and facilitating a seamless handover to the BAU team. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and business users, I helped drive efficiency and scalability in automation initiatives. As a team, we successfully delivered 40 automated processes, with me leading the delivery of 12, ensuring timely execution and adherence to Agile best practices.

Details: Develop a mobile application for retail client that can be used to scan barcodes and manage warehouse inventory.

Role: As a project manager, I led the design, development, and testing of a mobile application for barcode scanning and inventory management. This involved defining the app's architecture and UI/UX and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. I oversaw the development of features such as real-time syncing, barcode scanning, and inventory tracking, providing the app was optimized for both iOS and Android platforms. During testing, I managed functional, regression, and UAT to ensure reliability and performance. The app streamlined inventory management, providing real-time insights and improving operational efficiency.

Environment: Salesforce Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Version One, HP QC

The project involved developing a comprehensive portal for candidates to search for jobs, track applications, and receive updates on preferred job opportunities. It also centralized management of past, ongoing, and upcoming contracts for a seamless user experience. Built on Salesforce and Salesforce Cloud, the solution ensured scalability and integration with existing systems. HP QC was used for end-to-end testing, ensuring a reliable, high-quality application.

As a scrum master and business analyst, I managed the end-to-end Agile delivery process and coached client counterparts on Agile methodologies. I facilitated requirement workshops, translated requirements into user stories, and led Agile ceremonies. I also provided regular progress reports to senior leadership and ensured the smooth execution of the project.

This project enhanced my experience in managing the entire SDLC using Agile, improving efficiency and delivery outcomes. I also collaborated with release managers to plan and propose iterations for continuous delivery.

Client: Barclays

Details: The project aimed to develop an exclusive interface for merchants managing their accounts with Barclays. Using this account, merchants could access all their transactions and also set triggers to get notified upon failures, withdrawals, or any other transactions they deem necessary. This portal would interact with the Bank's legacy databases and systems to fetch data in a hybrid cloud model, where the databases were deployed on a mix of AWS and Azure cloud systems.

Role: As a scrum master, I was responsible for tracking the team's daily progress by facilitating stand-ups and proactively removing impediments to ensure smooth workflow. I played a key role in establishing Agile practices and implementing Scrum as the project delivery framework. Additionally, I managed progress reporting for both the client and internal leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals. A significant challenge in this role was working onsite at the client's location, where I engaged directly with senior leadership daily, requiring strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a high-visibility environment.

Client: Charles Schwab Bank (USA)

Details: The project focused on testing core banking applications developed by a third-party team. It included an Internet banking portal for clients to manage multiple accounts and a bank representative application to verify customer details, track documentation status, and resolve queries. The objective was to ensure seamless functionality, compliance with banking standards, and a high-quality user experience across both platforms.

Role: As a test analyst and offshore test lead, I assigned tasks to the offshore team and executed manual test cases using HP QC. I played a key role in automating regression testing with Selenium Framework.

Client: Halliburton

Duration: January 2014–June 2015

Environment: .NET, MTM, Selenium

Details: The project aimed to develop a desktop application for scientists to analyze seismic activity on the seabed, enabling them to predict the presence of oil or natural gas. This tool leveraged advanced analytics to provide precise location insights, assisting the client in identifying optimal sites for constructing new oil rigs.

Role: As the project test lead, I was responsible for overseeing all testing activities. While the majority of the testing was conducted manually, certain components were automated using Selenium and integrated with MTM to capture results efficiently. I managed bug tracking, ensuring timely defect resolution, and providing regular weekly updates to the team lead and project managers on the overall testing status and progress.
Python scripts to validate cron job executions and trigger failure notifications. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the onshore team to understand new features, define test strategies, and ensure maximum test coverage.
