I managed the delivery of public regulatory disclosure of the bank's trading activities covering all publicly traded financial instruments.

The technical solution comprised data integration from front-office trading platforms across seven trading divisions with further normalization, enrichment, and representation in the business intelligence layer. It also included a new operational process, controls, and support necessary to adopt new business functions.

Derivatives Product Stream

Handled the derivatives liquidity reports for an investment bank: internal stress, liquidity coverage ratio (LCR), and ALMM.

I managed an IT delivery stream supporting the treasury liquidity management function for a derivatives product cluster. I led a team of 25 people located in London along with global delivery centers with an overall stream budget of €1.5 million per annum.

Funds Transfer Pricer

Implemented a funds transfer pricing engine for a bank used by multiple trading businesses.

Working as a product owner, I led multiple agile teams to deliver an internal pricing engine for treasury funding pricing. The solution consisted of the end user pricing platform with an innovative UI/UX approach and price calculation engine used across the bank.

Vehicle Licensing System (DVLS)

Led the implementation and adoption of a new vehicle licensing system for a government client (eGovernment).

Serving as a product owner, I led the implementation of a vehicle licensing system that issued license plates and driving licenses. I also implemented a Kanban process for the support team, which significantly improved the level of service.

Agent Network Management Platform

Migrated agent management function from several internal applications to a cloud-based platform, saving on infrastructure and operational costs.

Managed a team of 20 employees and software vendor staff delivering a cloud migration project for a bank function. It's a multi-phase project spanning nearly two years with a two million Euro budget. This resulted in license, hardware and operational cost saves.

Transportation B2C Platform

Defined and detailed a new SaaS transportation platform. Planned and required a budget used by the client for board-level decisions regarding investment.
