The most challenging aspect of the project was managing a cross-functional team in different time zones. In addition, the application had to comply with the necessary standards to safeguard patient health information and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.

Gofindo

Launched Gofindo, a mobile eCommerce application for malls, merchants, and end users.

I managed four Scrum teams across the US, India, and the Philippines, including developers, testers, and business analysts. The project involved implementing Agile metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor team performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
