COE for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies
Oversaw talent management, strategy, and execution supporting J&J's CSS throughout North America as part of the global services HR team. Collaborated with key stakeholders and business partners to align business goals, objectives, and initiatives.
As the main point of contact for the CSS COE, I reported to the executive committee and leaders to ensure collaboration and alignment within the entire CSS team were met continuously. As part of this integration project, I monitored and escalated inefficiencies and course-corrected to address all necessary items promptly. Additionally, I regularly recommended process improvements and managed the sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure deliverables (SLAs) were met per the project timeline.
Lastly, I managed the CSS medical devices project. I ensured all moving parts were executed efficiently within the project timeline and delivered according to the project plan, as stated in the enhanced milestone timeline.
Haleon Demerger from GSK
Led project transformation efforts in North America for a global client, including implementing all tools, systems, and processes while partnering with global stakeholders in HR and talent acquisition to achieve overall success.
As part of this global integration project, I monitored and escalated inefficiencies, providing timely course corrections that addressed all necessary items. IT Systems Integration & RPO Engagement for Allied Digital
A company-wide computer refresh and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) project that I completed ahead of schedule (within a year)—receiving exemplary marks from Union Bank. Deployed 404 contractors within seven project teams across six states.
While working at RHI, I prospected and procured a large RPO implementation project to include an ERP business engagement for Allied Digital, formerly En Pointe Global Services (EPGS). This project was a multi-state systems integration project for Union Bank. As the project manager, my knowledge and understanding of Allied Digital became an integral part of the implementation project for Union Bank.
Throughout the year, we met regularly to discuss our client's initiatives, concerns, project goals, timelines, and milestones, realigning expectations, as necessary, to implement the appropriate levels of service and provide the right solutions.
