Transformational Program for a US-based Healthcare Organization

Managed multiple streams of diverse teams, which included establishing processes, frameworks (OKR), and guidelines that were instrumental in ensuring project success.

I managed a large 40-member program that included multiple diverse teams, driving a transformational engagement.

I developed processes from the ground up for the success of the project. The processes handled stakeholder management, including C-suite clients, resources, and people management, to ensure timely delivery and provide guidance and thought leadership to the project teams. The processes also supported the clients in defining and refining their objectives using frameworks and tracking the deliverables to closure, ensuring the ultimate success of the projects/programs.

An OKR framework was also established to measure the key outcomes of the project objectively.

Global Program Manager for a Large Enterprise-wide Project

Managed a large multi-geography global program involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

I managed a team of over 20 personnel as part of the enterprise-wide program.

As part of this, I established a governance framework, implemented program management best practices and processes, managed multiple internal and external stakeholders, and established communication channels and program tracking methodologies, defining and measuring KPIs.

This was a multi-year program where I contributed for almost two years, helping the program reach successful milestones.

GoLocal | Hyperlocal Subscription-based Delivery

Conceptualized and built a B2B2C product for hyperlocal delivery and acted as a scrum master and product owner.

The goal was to provide a platform for the digital enablement of small subscription-based service providers. This was a social startup meant to boost the digital presence of the small business owner.

I created the product vision, defined the product and GTM strategy, developed the MVP, defined and developed use cases, and identified and engaged with potential investors.

ICD 9 to ICD 10 Migration Toolkit

Created a toolkit for the client to support ICD 9 to ICD 10 migration.

I co-created the product vision and strategy with the client to support regulatory changes. For this, I ran the client's discovery and conducted discovery workshops to define the project requirements.

I was the program manager for the team that developed the MVP, defined and developed use cases, and worked with the client on the strategy for integration with the existing application.

Working with a distributed agile team that was new to Agile meant I had to work on both sides of the globe to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for the customer.

Mainframe Modernization Project Leveraging GenAI

Coordinated the efforts for a modernization project that leveraged GenAI for migrating from mainframe.

The client had their legacy application on a mainframe. Since they could not manage the applications effectively, they wanted to migrate the application to the cloud. We recommended leveraging GenAI to maximize throughput and minimize errors as part of the solution. I facilitated the discovery and inception, defined the processes to be followed, and established the guardrails since this was one of the early GenAI projects.

In addition to establishing KPIs for measuring outcomes, I supported measuring the efforts and quality to continue demonstrating that the decision to use GenAI for this migration was justified.
