• Monitored compliance with regulatory and quality standards defined by the central PMO.

Transition to Managed Cybersecurity Services

Completed a multi-site transition of the client's infrastructure and applications to an SIEM platform and vendor-managed security services over an 18-month program.

• Managed client engineers and in-house and external security vendors to deploy various Sentry appliances and gateways and onboard the client devices.
• Converted the existing operational processes and provided training on cybersecurity best practices to engineers and IT security focal points in each country.

Completed the end-to-end delivery of a virtualized API gateway hosted for a large financial client.

Managed tech leads, in-house and external vendor engineers, and SMEs to deliver a new API gateway environment in AWS. This environment was the first in the regional system.
