I served as the product owner and voice of the business to translate the business context, business needs, market opportunity and desired outcomes to the technical teams. It was my responsibility to have a holistic macro focus on the larger vision of the product while also having a keen attention to detail on the individual steps necessary to bring the product to market.

As the product owner, I articulated and visualized the high-level product roadmap for key stakeholders and senior executives. I also led the process of breaking down the roadmap into an organized, refined, and coherent product backlog that the software delivery teams could understand.

We released the product using a staggered release schedule by the market. I directed the technical deployment and on-site implementation support for migrating 13 major markets and 400 users.

Facilitated and delivered a 24-month program implementation supporting global teams in India, the Philippines, and the United States for a customer population of 16+ million.

I joined the program as a management consultant, serving as a product owner and project manager. This was the relaunch of a previous program that had to be pulled back out of production due to the number of business-critical issues that surfaced from the initial implementation. With new leadership and a platform, I led a team of 60+ analysts, engineers, and testers in the successful design and built the new pilot software application for the program. The solution was initially released to a single domestic team in the United States, for which I coordinated the live production support. Following this successful release, we extended the deployments to global groups in India and the Philippines. This application served as the intake application for a more comprehensive enterprise solution.
