• Directed the business and user experience design team in conducting assessment and running design thinking workshops with the clients’ key business and technology management team and executive sponsors to define the product strategy, prioritize product goals and features, and define the product release roadmap.

• Led the change management consultants to prepare and execute the platform release change management plan, compile the business process runbook, and conduct over 10 train-the-trainers workshops to enable the various client teams to operate and support the new platform.

• Successfully released the minimal viable product to over 20 thousand financial advisors within eight months. The average daily usage exceeded two thousand unique visitors.

• Set up the client’s succession team to pick up the implementation and preparation of the second release of the platform.

• Facilitated the discussion and alignment of the clients’ GEO channel business executives in prioritizing the portal key features based on quantified business and user experience values and defining the partner portal roadmap.

• Directed the user experience designers to define the guiding principles of the global portal experience and develop over 100 portal wireframes.

• Led and managed the visual designers and developers in planning, developing, testing, and releasing the new global partner portal to clients’ channel partners across five GEOs and over 50 countries.

• Successfully completed the discovery and the build phases of the program on time and within budget.

• Led the project managers of the different streams in aligning release goals, delivery milestones, and integration checkpoints.

• Coached and facilitated the client in prioritizing business objectives and release goals.
