I engaged as an Agile coach with multiple clients spanning the insurance, finance, and banking industries. I partnered with client resources to establish numerous Scrum and Kanban teams within a "team of teams" organizational structure managed by an epic-level program backlog. I also delivered structured bootcamp training for teams and took the lead on implementing all team of teams' level events such as PO sync and scrum of scrums.
