This project was a complex, multi-year program to consolidate not only many disparate systems but also to unify several multi-billion-dollar departments into a single source of pricing deals.

As Delivery Lead for the ISP, I oversaw five separate tracks of work that brought together Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, data migration, custom portal build, and a change management program that replaced a critical customer-facing legacy system.
