    A SAP ERP maintenance project for a regional representative of a Fortune 500 company that included:

    Hoffman-LaRoche needed an analysis of their existing procedure for introducing new pharmaceutical solutions that span across one of their global regions. The resulting app not only fulfilled the company's expectations but went on to be the most popular improvement among over 3,000 of its internal users.
    The app is created to store important details of a specific pharmaceutical's characteristics, schedule of its introduction to various business units and departments, user groups required to acquire training, dates, and attendances, as well as a complex reporting system which generates detailed reports about already held training.

  • The Voice Mobile App
    Led a scrum team in delivering the globally popular brand app with over ten million users.

    A mobile app for Android and iOS with gamification, multimedia content, live events, polls, and social interactions.

    This was a multi-year project with the client's most valuable brand. Along the way, my team's success contributed to promoting and adopting an agile approach in the rest of the client's portfolio. Main challenges included integrating legacy code with modern tech solutions and maintaining team motivation in the long-term project under pressure.
