Release of Information (ROI) for Healthcare
The first Agile practice at a healthcare firm to redesign and retool the ROI Office. The 1.5-year project was executed with a ten-person team and commissioned successfully to cater to the growing demand and complexity of health information.
The team worked through prioritization challenges and within weeks, we delivered business value. The integration of the application into the organization came organically rather than as a big change all at once. Success! This project was gauged by seamless induction of the application into the department rather than a big launch.
