I managed a team of 13+ developers across four teams, guiding the requirements intake process, managing technical debt, determining solutions architecture while being the technical project manager for the platform.

I ran the discovery phase of the project to create a roadmap and epics that constitute the application. Constituted a team of business analysts, product owners, users, and developers and coached the team on the Agile mindset.

The team worked through prioritization challenges and within weeks, we delivered business value. The integration of the application into the organization came organically rather than as a big change all at once. Success! This project was gauged by seamless induction of the application into the department rather than a big launch.
