I led testing programs and conducted IT disaster recovery exercises for Singapore and other APAC locations, supporting regions such as India, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. I developed, updated, and maintained IT disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure preparedness for potential disruptions. I also planned and conducted training sessions for internal recovery site teams and coordinated IT disaster recovery exercises.

In addition, I developed and conducted training, briefing, and awareness activities. This project also involved coordinating the testing of alternate site equipment readiness in Singapore, operating the emergency notification system (Everbridge), and operationalizing BCM policy changes to ensure correct understanding and implementation by business/support units across the group. I conducted the loss of IT, loss of premises, loss of staff, and loss of external suppliers testing and provided crisis management support to respective BCM country managers and business areas.
