• Claims management, web, requirements, and design.
• Damage evaluation, web, requirements, and design.
• Compensation management, web, requirements, and design.
• Managed up to ten people, including developers, UI/UX designers, and QA specialists.

The platform is cloud-based and designed to help insurance companies manage, document, and streamline state filing processes and procedures and includes integrations with 3rd-party applications. I managed a team of 40 web developers, QA specialists, DevOps specialists, and business analysts.

The platform links communications between trade counterparts (from metal and energy), such as traders, transport providers, banks, and insurance companies. It is based on blockchain technology to secure transactions. The platform includes an in-built chat linked to each deal, as well as a KYC module to process all newly registered companies to ensure their eligibility. Managed a team of up to 27 people, including web developers, mobile developers, business analysts, QA specialists (manual and automation), and DevOps specialists.
