I coordinated with mutual customers and three development teams to integrate new real-time gas detection equipment through a newly built API integration with a SaaS safety platform. This was a robust project, requiring firmware updates from the vendor for their GPS and radio modules and the coordination between the two software teams to integrate the data flow successfully.

I was involved in the whole project lifecycle, from supporting product owners and managers with flushing out the project scope to coordinating and managing the scrum of scrums between the three technical teams and finally testing and documenting the final result. The project was a proof of concept that was later used to justify my software company's acquisition by the hardware vendor.

I worked with product ownership and management to create a user story map for updating the Chinese localization and Gaode Maps API of an industrial safety SaaS product. I introduced a new way of focusing on user levels and application layers, which allowed us to provide a proof of concept to the customer in less than a month.

I coordinated with multiple product teams on simultaneous approaches for the proof of concept. Our goal was to provide our SaaS product with a completely new map API (Gaode Maps instead of Google Maps.) I mainly worked with the framework update team, which focused on migrating the product from GWT to React as the main means of providing a customer with the proof of concept.

The customer accepted the proof of concept as well as the scheduled timeline for product delivery. This resulted in the company being able to expand into the Chinese market a year ahead of schedule.
