Custom Console in Service Cloud

This project involved providing service agents a customized view where they can get a caller's information with minimum clicks, view information related to a caller and an account's location on Google Maps, fetch related child records by providing search functionalities, view their open tasks and create new ones from the same page. My role was to develop this custom console in Service Cloud.

Import Functionality from LinkedIn to Salesforce

An import functionality to import a file (from a local system) and then parse the data from it to be stored in the lead. If there are any errors while importing, the records need to be shown in a table (with pagination enabled) that should have inline editing enabled, and then the records can be resubmitted. The records can be modified on any table page; once a user submits, only the modified records should be re-evaluated.

Salesforce Lightning Component Development, Migration, and Automation

The customer had a Salesforce enterprise edition and was still using Classic. They needed an expert to help them migrate to Lightning Experience and create fancy custom functionalities using the Lightning framework, plus reports, dashboards, and automation.

Deliverables:
• Handled a successful migration from Classic to Lightning Experience.
• Created multiple Lightning components for their business needs, such as call reports and custom opportunity modules (record, create, edit, and view).

Salesforce Setup for an Online Assessment Company (Lightning Experience)

The customer was using Vtiger CRM before and faced several challenges in their business.

CHALLENGES
• The data quality was low.
• It was not tracking sales data properly.
• There was no overview of the company's performance.
• It was not integrated with their mailboxes.
• Automation was needed that would help the sales team perform better.

• Set up the relevant data model in a sales cloud.

Reusable Visualforce Component for Sending Work Order Emails

I created a reusable Visualforce component to generate a work order based upon the data passed to it and use this in a Visualforce email template—hence rendering the template like the body of the email you can send to your customers.

Salesforce Field Service Implementation

A reputed construction firm needed to implement field service to automate appointment booking and track everything in the system. They were having a hard time managing things manually.

The appointment booking was to be automated, considering the nature of the visit, operating hours, the territory of the site, and available resources. There was the need to set up rules considering their business nature.

As a consultant, I designed and configured the system by setting up various features and tailored custom components to show slots as per the needs. I also set up reports, dashboards, maintenance plans, products, and assets to help customers automate their services to the highest level.

The customer had recently set up their travel company and wanted to have a single system to manage everything from travel details to finance, operations, and support.
