Across all lines of business in PNC Bank, there was no singular, consistent source of customer information. Even within a line of business, there may be multiple sources for defining the customer relationship. In PNC's MDM program, we consolidated a single source of real-time customer golden records. The party master data enabled PNC to exceed growth projections, improve operational efficiencies, and allow for limitless growth in years to come.

KEY ACTIVITIES
• Architected and design-tuned the probabilistic matching engine (PME) algorithm.
• Configured critical data elements, weights, and thresholds to match and calculate the score based on each customer's similarity in deciding whether parties are suspect duplicates.
• Created a holistic 360 view of the customer lifecycle, improving the ability to convert prospects to customers and eliminating triggers for customer attrition.
• Developed a metadata-driven survivorship rules framework that survives the single source of truth.
• Built a de-duplication framework Java class that prevents redundant duplicate records due to multithreading batch loads.
• Engaged in strategizing day 1-2 data loads.
• Contributed to the MDM migration during the BBVA acquisition.
