The project aimed to modernize the Goldman Sachs Alumni Network site. I contributed to this project using Salesforce, Salesforce Experience Builder, and Lightning Web Components. The revamp improved user engagement and experience, enhanced data management, and facilitated alumni networking.

As the lead consultant on an innovative project, I spearheaded a transformative initiative—Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB)—that reshaped their small business education funding process. It was not just a routine Salesforce implementation but a dynamic, trailblazing endeavor with the following key achievements:
• Object modeling: Designed a tailored object model from scratch, ensuring a robust foundation.
• Process automation: Developed complex workflows, sharing rules, and custom reports, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Configurable Apex: Created flexible Apex classes, triggers, and batch classes for future scalability.
• Personalized email: Implemented custom metadata and settings for personalized, templated email communication.
• Qualtrics integration: Integrated Qualtrics for secure, password-protected surveys and data synchronization.
• Intuitive UI: Crafted user-friendly Visualforce pages, enabling data viewing as downloadable Word documents.

The project resulted in an outstanding 60% increase in operational efficiency.

The transformative healthcare project was intended for medical practitioners and representatives. As the production support lead, I oversaw this project leveraging the PatientConnect managed package, developed validation and workflow rules and process builders, and streamlined processes. Additionally, I created configurable Apex classes, triggers, and batch classes using custom metadata and settings for robust data management.

To enhance functionality, I built an API and microservices with REST services, allowing configurable HTTP methods—GET and POST—using custom metadata. Furthermore, I seamlessly integrated Conga Composer with Salesforce, automating the attachment handling and document distribution process. I employed the Prodly application to ensure data consistency for efficient data migration between organizations.
