Conceptualized a Lightning component asset that can be utilized in LEX or community pages. A solution highlights a record's key fields using badges and icons to be visible at a glance. I released it on AppExchange under the name Record Highlights Component.

Also, I designed, developed, packaged, and submitted for AppExchange review, conducted security testing using Checkmarx, Zap, and Burp Suite, and maintained the AppExchange product release cycle.

A service and community cloud implementation for more than 3,000 community users. I migrated it from YourMembership to Salesforce. It also includes integration with third-party packages, automation, and the event management platform Humanitix.

I branded the community using OOTB styling features and components and built custom LWC to personalize the community following client needs.

Also, I implemented a photo gallery app functionality for community and internal users that integrates with the AWS S3 bucket and genericized community implementation to support prospective client demos. Finally, I used ExperienceBundle APIs to package the finalized solution for the distribution.

A community portal for hospitals and doctors to gain knowledge and insight into products they use and raise cases simultaneously.

I gathered, developed, and analyzed business requirements for the portal's solution design. Also, I developed Salesforce features, such as single sign-on (SSO), canvas app integration, and Lightning components, to create a user-friendly portal. The following objects were used with a fully customized user interface:

• Collaboration groups
• Ideas
• Feed items
• Automated case deflection that allows fast processing for thousands of articles by showing relevant and dynamic knowledge articles to the user.

Finally, I created a customized library management component in Lightning to show documents and libraries. I oversaw the entire development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to design, code, testing, and production deployment.

A sales, service, and nonprofit cloud implementation for a child research institute integrated with multiple Salesforce and non-Salesforce third-party systems.

I implemented address management and replication functionality integrated with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Mappify external endpoint. Reusable LWC service assets were introduced to boost developer productivity. Also, I designed and implemented a unique record management solution and created and developed many utility LWC components to work inside the Lightning Flows used extensively during user story implementation to reduce the delivery timeline and modularize the solution. Finally, I proposed and implemented an SMS notification service that integrates with Twilio.

A data migration project where we accomplished migration of the education cloud content using Jitterbit Cloud Studio. I migrated opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads, users, and many custom objects. The whole process also included the following:

• Designing and implementing processes in Jitterbit Studio to migrate a significant volume of data to Salesforce from an SQL database.
• Migrating more than 100,000 related or unrelated records.
• Working on multiple stages of data and process migration.
• Automating 25% of post and pre-migration work using the JitterScript language.
• Integrated migration processes with Google Drive to store exception or error reports.
