Designed the system architecture and assisted with successfully implementing the Dynatrace application monitoring platform in AWS/Kubernetes and data center environments for a major NSW government department.
Permission Access and Security System (PaaS)
A new system based on the Appian platform in AWS ( PaaS) for user provisioning, modification, deactivation, and reactivation was successfully implemented for a large government legal department. I conducted business and technical requirement gathering, analysis and validation, and data modeling, and developed integration, solution, and end-to-end architecture design documents. I assisted in the system implementation and migration planning activities. The system encompassed integration with SAP, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, a legal document management system, and a content management system (CMS) (based on Micro Focus CM10).
