Web App Development and Consulting for Bitsy Advisor

https://bitsyadvisor.com
A web app for financial firms and advisors to quickly onboard new clients. I was the lead developer, consulted on the app, and worked with a variety of APIs to pull in/push updated client details so all services could stay in sync with the latest information. This tool saves firms hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars a year and can be completely customized for the firm's needs.

Website and CMS Development for Guardtime Federal

https://guardtime-federal.com
I created a new Gatsby website (from a design created in Adobe XD) with Contentful as the CMS/back end and a custom functionality via Netlify Functions, all integrated with AWS services and Cognito.

WordPress Theme and Plugin Development for Binary Armor

https://binaryarmor.com
I implemented a new website design (created in Adobe XD) as a fresh WordPress website using a custom theme and provided additional functionality/plugin development and custom integration with HubSpot.

Website Redesign and Development for Solomon's Collection and Fine Rugs

https://solomonrugs.com
A retailer of fine rugs and antiques, Solomon's Collection and Fine Rugs was early to join the internet game. While they had images of some of their rugs online, they desired a true eCommerce, online showroom solution that was product-oriented rather than brand-centric.

We referenced all of the major successful online retailers. We used them as models, dissecting how their products were set up, different view and page types, flow, design, structure, and user interface across devices.

Then, pulling the most common and significant features from these models, we designed and developed a custom Shopify theme.

Since the new website has been live, we have received a lot of interest in licensing the theme and bringing it to the wider world. Solomon's reports rave reviews, and their visitors are enthusiastic about the website's usability and overall feel.

Website Maintenance for Pelsue

https://pelsue.com
I provided custom functionality and bug fixes for the Pelsue website, including adjustments to custom plugins and integrations. I also consulted on and helped architect an additional functionality to be added to the roadmap.

Website Redesign and Development for Artscope Magazine

https://artscopemagazine.com/
Designed and developed a new website for Artscope Magazine, New England's culture magazine.

This refactoring considered both the Artscope team and streamlining their website updating process, as well as the readers' experience. Artscope has received consistent reports from its audience of being pleased with the improved usability and that readers now have more of a willingness and desire to explore the site.

Consultations on and implementing Artscope's latest ad campaign have resulted in positive revenue.

Website Development for Outpost

Developed a new website and private client live-stream viewing area for Outpost, a film and video production company.

Outpost now uses the live-streaming capabilities as a selling point and a tool in its post-production services. The company reports that many clients are joining them because of this unique feature.

Website Development for Robby Baier

https://robbybaier.com
Developed a new website for songwriter, producer, and creator Robby Baier.

Robby was looking for a place to feature his original music as well as his other projects. This required a custom back end for him to easily maintain a variety of project types, with some yet to go public. The new design has been well-received by visitors.

Website Redesign for David Dayan Fisher

Designed and developed a new website for actor, author, and artist David Dayan Fisher.

This design needed to incorporate the many different sides of Mr. Fisher, balancing flexibility to showcase his different types of work while simultaneously representing a unified brand. He reports positive reviews from visitors.

Interactive Website Design and Development for Christie Allen

https://christie-allen.com
Developed an interactive website for Christie Allen, a writer, creator, and author.

The key was creating an experience to showcase Ms. Allen's work in an interactive way while also showing a piece of her in the overall design. She reports that the final product has generated interest surrounding her work from target audiences and leads to potential collaborators and "the powers that be" in her various fields of work.

Interactive Drawing Program for Rex Sends Me Postcards

http://rexsendsmepostcards.com
Designed and developed an interactive drawing program for artist Rex Detiger.

This development was the foundation for Rex's "Rex Sends Me Postcards" project. Users draw and type on a virtual "Postcard," which Rex then receives and mails a paper copy. He continues to receive submissions, showing the project to be alive and well.
