Designed and developed a Fluid UI for student self-service. I did a complex redesign of the shopping cart, drop classes, class search, exam schedules in Fluid UI, and custom rebranding. I also worked on technical object retrofits.

I helped the functional team with analyzing fit gaps between 9.0 and 9.2
analysis for design and UX workshops to align them with the project schedule.

Worked as a technical lead on the project to facilitate technical design and integration with a third-party system.

I also collaborated with infrastructure to set up necessary integration points.
There were design, development, and testing of integration.

Worked on a framework developed to facilitate the onboarding of departments in a centralized PeopleSoft environment for HR.

I worked with the functional team on spreadsheets to manage the conversions. This included the development of scripts for data quality issues.

I developed scripts for data validations. I also worked through app engines for conversions for foundation and recruiting modules for two
departments.

Organized fit gap sessions and workshops for integrations. I worked with the infrastructure team to create/test file exchange paths. I designed and developed testing integrations.

Migration and testing of app designer projects for integrations, including post-go-live support for any new discoveries/issues, was a key element. I created and maintained security (roles, permission lists, access) for an end-to-end cycle until go live.

Assisted the system admins with bug tracking and application of PUM images. I supported teams with migrating projects across various environments, working with the technical members on issues related to missing/modified people tools and objects.

I also devised custom solutions for delivered bugs. I closely worked with the functional team in testing and fixing issues related to new functionality. Assisting the security admins with security-related issues (permission lists, queries, and security trees) was also conducted.

Worked with the client teams to devise solutions for complex business processes and align them with PeopleSoft functionality.

reports. I also worked on complex pieces of development related to student self-services, student records, student admissions, and student financials.

Organizing and leading design workshops for complex
and critical interfaces. The client was advised on the security components for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including designing roles and permission lists for access to various features.

I assisted the client teams in resolving and tracking bugs promptly.
Helping the new client personal with their day to day issues with the application designer, PeopleSoft campus solutions, Oracle, and other bilingual design-related problems.

Assisted the PMO with day-to-day project activities related to filling up progress reports. I acted as an administrator for a tool that manages issues and changes requests.

This also included end-to-end development (design, development, test, and documentation) of enhancement, interfaces, and reports. I worked on complex pieces of development related to student self-services, student records, student admissions, and student financials. We set up complex mods related to workflow and advised the clients on the security components for ERP systems that, includes designing roles and permission lists for access to various components. I integrated the campus mobile application for students with PeopleSoft (ADF and Oracle Mobile Application Framework (Oracle MAF) platforms).

Designed and developed mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. I was a part of a team that designed and developed mobile applications for clients for research purposes, proof of concepts (PoC), and mobile applications for organizations that were deployed to the Apple store and Google Play. I also worked on projects related to security for resource-constrained environments, such as field communications, RFID, and an Android application for capturing, manipulating, and sharing images.

Mentored a team of new developers with the latest tools and techniques. For example, component interface, application packages, application engine, Excel to CI, web services, application engines, and BI publishers.

I worked with troubleshooting and fixing day to day issues with existing PeopleSoft systems. I also provided end-to-end solutions for business process issues as well as improving existing business processes. I led developments for complex enhancements for HR, time management, and labor. Assisting the system admins with issues related to Oracle support and patch installations and working with Oracle on open issues was a key task.

Devised and delivering end-to-end solutions (requirement gathering, design, development, testing and implementation) for business process problems and financial reporting issues.

I worked with the client team for requirement gathering sessions and guiding and discussing various approaches to the business process problems.

Design and development of reports were generated using BI publisher. I built quality documentation (technical and end user) for the client and generated and documented test cases for unit testing.

Led technical team conversions for pay codes. I migrated data across various platforms and assisted with testing. Development for enhancements were required for Bill 148 compliance.

I delivered report modification for employee addresses and paychecks.
