The most amazing...
...thing I've developed is the front-end application and website for Inex One, the leading expert network aggregator and marketplace.
Work Experience
Full-stack Developer
Inex One
- Developed features for the front-end application and back-end systems, such as calendar integrations, videoconferencing, chat, photo uploads, statistics, and Chrome extension, using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Built the Inex One static website using GatbsyJS and Netlify CMS.
- Contributed to growing Inex One's registered users by more than 10x and revenue by 30x in two years.
Full-stack Developer | UX Designer
Colivia Sweden AB
- Built a back-office system that the nontechnical staff could use to input and edit the assignments displayed in the Colivia mobile application and as an interface to help the company's sales staff match users with assignments.
- Developed an interactive map interface, allowing the sales team to filter users and assignments in the system.
- Established a participatory design process that continually included the sales team in creating the user interface.
Front-end Developer
Trail Games
- Rewrote the company's existing front-end application from Ember.js to React in two months.
- Extended the front-end application with a developer-focused route, allowing the company's partners to read the API documentation and generate credentials. I was asked to do this after completing the previous task earlier than expected.
- Enabled Trail to discontinue its Ember.js app and hire developers more easily for modern web technologies such as React.
- Opened up the next stage of Trail's business—integrating Trail into games created by independent game developers and studios. My work on the developer-focused site set the stage for this expansion.
Technical Advisor & Front-end Developer
Chatler.ai
- Built the company's first website with JavaScript, CSS, Optimization, HTML, Sass, AWS, Pug, and jQuery.
- Created composable sections using the Pug templating engine, Sass for styling, and JavaScript with jQuery for the interactive elements.
- Built a static site generator script using Gulp.js. This script contained processing for performance optimization, bundling, minifying JavaScript files and CSS styles from vendors, and automatic deployment to AWS S3.
- Made it easy for future developers to extend and continuously deploy the website using the static site generator.
- Enabled the company to continue its participation in the StartupYard Accelerator program in Prague and apply for additional seed funding, as the website was a requirement for the program.
Web Developer
Nextent Informatika Zrt
- Served on the innovation team and developed a website where potential clients could calculate the cost of developing a custom mobile application by specifying the feature set at a high level. I built the site with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Enabled Nextent to automate the collection of project ideas and find the most interesting opportunities to pursue. This tool resulted in many lucrative requests for custom mobile app development projects.
- Worked on the data warehouse team of the largest Hungarian telecommunications company: developed a new front-end skin for the team's MediaWiki instance and front-end features using JavaScript and the MediaWiki APIs.
- Made it easier for the data warehouse team to efficiently onboard and educate new developers. The team appreciated my unique focus on the UX of the wiki site, which had never been a priority.
