Database for Reporting and Analysis

A separate SQL-based database was designed over an existing transactional database for reporting purposes. I implemented the new database design per the reporting needs and defined the ETL process to sync data in the new DB. After successfully synchronizing the databases, all pre-existing and new reports were migrated to use the new centralized data source to enhance the integrity of data and the performance of dashboards.

SSAS Tabular Model for Self-service BI

I designed a tabular model using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to integrate with Excel and provide it to the end user for self-service business intelligence. Using this model, people can view the data per their needs and slice and dice it accordingly.

Call Center Data Analysis using SSIS

Real-time data from a relational database is passed through an ETL process, which includes acquiring, cleaning, and transforming data as required. This data is then loaded into another data source to ensure data integrity and obtain insights using data analysis techniques.
