This project involved a deployment of a self-learning portal for the employees at Kotak Securities. The portal was designed to be accessed from both workstations as well as the corporate mobile application.

Contribution:
- I handled the complete database development part.
- I communicated with the vendor for the presentation layer

Results:
- Completed the project 3 weeks ahead of schedule enabling HR department to complete employees’ training on the “Prevention of Sexual Harassment” well inside the timeline mandated by the regulator.

I developed an authentication service (AS) is used by all back office applications to perform AD authentication for the employee users.

Contribution:
- The input from this project was taken up to transform an AS application from being SOAP-based to a RESTful-JSON architecture.
- I worked on the development enhancements for the database side as well as WCF service.

Results:
- This initiative improved the application performance, and led to release of 2 application servers, brought down support incidents—reducing the support and maintenance cost.

This project was taken up to automate the computer telephony integration and interactive voice response solution for the contact center.

Contribution:
- Worked on the development, UAT, and delivery phase of this project which involved managing and coordinating with 9 cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Designed and developed the database and all the DB objects required for addressing the business needs.
- Designed and developed a RESTful WCF service named KSBO Services

Results:
- Saved INR 2.29 million in project costs while running the KS CTI-IVR project through an optimized utilization of resources.
- Was pivotal in reducing the contact center's operations costs by INR 2.90 million annually through the KS CTI-IVR project.

This project was taken up to deploy the first business-to-employee mobile application. I managed the complete SDLC of the project.

Contribution:
- Managed the development and production deployment phase of this project.

Results:
- This project was delivered 1 month ahead of schedule.
- Saved INR 500,000 in project costs through an optimized utilization of resources.

A completely data-driven project to ensure data access control as per the client and employee mapping in an incentive calculation system.

Contribution:
- Managed the development, UAT, and production deployment phase of this project.
- Developed the stored procedures and triggers required for the new access control setup.
- The production release involved a huge data migration (running into millions of records). I prepared the complete deployment plan and got it approved from the stakeholders.

Results:
- This project was delivered on time and I ensured a defect-free release through careful planning, testing, and QA.
