    The client was a leading tech company in Europe having a knowledge portal similar to Salesforce Knowledge and wanted to develop an app exchange solution that integrates with their existing portal and provides knowledge search options to the Salesforce users. The product was wholly developed in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and incorporated into their back-end platform using REST API.

    The app has the following features:
    1) Add the component to any Salesforce object layout
    2) Link the search result with the Salesforce record
    3) Provide feedback to the client about each search result
    4) Show search results based on the field values in the Salesforce record when loading the page

  • Lightning Community Upgrade using LWC

    • Worked on creating lightning component to process payment using Westpac payment gateway from the existing lightning community and integrated into their existing LWC based registration process.
    • Handled payment reconciliation process using apex batch job and the data coming from MuleSoft.
    • Created Platform Events for passing data from MuleSoft to Salesforce to notify Salesforce about the updated data in the third-party system.

  • Salesforce Remediation and Tableau Integration

    As a senior developer, I analyzed an existing codebase to find defects and provided solutions to fix it.
    • Worked on integrating Tableau charts in Salesforce using JavaScript. Created a generic configurable component for loading client’s different Tableau charts.

  • Salesforce App Enhancement

    The project involves:
    • Development of Salesforce AppExchange product that integrates the customer’s Salesforce instance with their TeamViewer account and creates TeamViewer cases and sessions from within Salesforce.
    • Integrating the TeamViewer API to provide remote access to the customer system from Salesforce.

  • Banking Client Salesforce Customization

    The project involved two phases:
    • Large data migration from CSV file stored in network location to Salesforce using
    Apex data loader command line. Since the file contains millions of records and file
    size is too large to process, we had to split the file into multiple chunks and then
    imported it into Salesforce.
    • Creation of custom Visualforce page to display in contact layout for users to search customers investment details in a more interactive way.

  • Salesforce App for Mass Emailing

    The project involves developing an AppExchange product by integrating Salesforce marketing features with the CleverReach email marketing platform using their REST API. Features include:
    • To and fro synchronization of campaign members between Salesforce and CleverReach by manual and batch process.
    • Blacklisting email address in CleverReach from Salesforce.
    • Creating CleverReach attributes from Salesforce.
    • Fetching reports from CleverReach in Salesforce.
    • Importing campaigns from CleverReach in Salesforce.

  • Greenfield Sales and Service Cloud Implementation

    The client was a company having several casinos in UK and Europe. They had a Salesforce instance which they were not using properly. So they wanted us to first analyze it and help them properly use the sales and service cloud. We configured features like service cloud console, omnichannel, live agent, permission, custom case expiry tracker using Visualforce; configured lead tracking in Salesforce; and developed a custom page using Visualforce and Google Maps for them to have a view of revenue generated in each casino location.
